SDB Solicitors is a three partner firm, comprising:
Stephen Brine
Stephen Brine was admitted as a solicitor in 1984 and founded the firm in 1992, after gaining wide experience in all areas of law in other Liverpool firms.
After initially practicing as a sole practitioner, the firm became a partnership in 2001, with Stephen as Senior Partner. He is also head of Conveyancing within the firm.
He is well known in the local community, and has strong links with other local professionals in the property market, such as Estate Agents, Banks, Building Societies, Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers.
He undertakes both domestic and commercial conveyancing, and has also acted for property developers on new build projects.
Martin Bracey Martin was admitted as a solicitor in 1982 and
joined the firm in 1995.
As well as undertaking domestic and residential conveyancing, he is also head of our Commercial department, offering advice to local businesses.
Martin has strong links with local property professionals, as well as
the business community.
Karen Doyle was admitted as a solicitor in 1995 and joined
the firm in 1996. She is head of Family and Litigation departments and
is the firms' Liaison Representative with the Legal Services Commission.
Karen was one of the first solicitors in Liverpool to become and Advanced
Member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel. Panel members must show
expertise in all areas of Family Law and also update their training
regularly to ensure they keep up-to-date with changes in law.
Karen is also a member of the Liverpool Community Legal Service Partnership
Steering Group and the Liverpool Legal Services Commission's Supplier
Liaison Group.
